It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike. He was knowledgeable in diagnosing and completing my air conditioner issue. It's back to working again and I'm relieved I don't need a new air conditioner. You need to give him a raise. He's worth every penny. Sears will be my first call for all of my HVAC work in the future.

Shane's was very thorough with his work on my dryer. He explained what was wrong and what was needed to repair the dryer. He was exceptionally clean with the work. He made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I would consider him a master technician. I would definitely ask for Shane if you need work done.
