He returned on Monday as promised and completed the repair quickly and professionally. We really appreciated his reliability, efficiency, and courteous service. Roy quickly found the problem with my 9 year old Kenmore washer. He explained what would need to be done to fix the leaking bearing and the cost. He recommended a new washer and a list he recommended along with recommending getting a 3 year warranty. I got my new washer the next day and is working great. I am am letting others at work to get Roy for their next washer repair.
