Communication communication
The communication level leading up his arrival was great. Upon arrival he spent time communicating what he needed to do figure out the issue. I was very please with his professionalism although I did not agree with the out come of the claim.

Josh has been the one bright light in our nightmare saga. In his first visit he was able to quickly diagnose our refrigerator and order the replacement part needed. Regrettably the manufacturer sent the wrong part and we were unable to rectify this before Josh's second visit. Thankfully Josh came to the rescue and was extremely sympathetic to our frustration. He chastised the manufacturer and was able to reorder the replacement part with a rush order and scheduled his repair visit to the earliest availability. Finally the correct part arrived and Josh confirmed this before his final visit, where he was able to quickly repair our refrigerator. He demonstrated exemplary service, courtesy, and knowledge. I would recommend him anytime.

Ronnie was awesome 👌 He was very personable and fast with his repair. I was very happy I finally got my washer fixed after 3 weeks. Sears should be faster with repairs especially when the replacement part comes in as fast as it did. The wait time is a bit much but thats at no fault of the repairman. I would definitely recommend Ronnie to service anyone needing help.

Excelent. Marcus was knowledgeable and professional and fast and accurate. Motor had to be ordered but he was able to get the old one to perhaps work a few more days until the new part arrived and was installed. And it did and he saved Easter 2026 for me with a houseful of company.

Mark was great. He was sent somewhere else which he did not understand why my ticket vanished from the computer. I expressed to him the urgency to have it fixed today. He made some calls and showed up at my door. He needs a raise! This shows his dedication to his customers!
