Bosch wall oven
The technician did a great job. The problem was he wasn't able to do his job because he didn't have any technical support on our Bosch wall oven. In my opinion if you are sending out a technician, they need to have resources available to do the job. Appliances are changing everyday, the technicians need resources available.

Efficient, fast and helpful to an old lady. I really appreciated his method to get to a diagnosis of the problem, and the deliberate prognosis. He didn't make a big deal of my old fridge which I really want to keep going. I have a small farm, and a lworking fridge is extremely valuable, especially as I consider it an old friend. Thanks to Wayman I have her for several more years.
