He went out of his way to get a part that was never delivered to my house. He finished the job I m a timely matter and cleaned the area before putting it back. However, making appointments and changing dates and times is a nightmare, because AI can change date if parts are delayed. If you try to change the prompts don't work. One prompt is to discuss a problem. If you press on it, it goes to nothing. There is no way to talk to a real person. Web site is full of phone numbers that is all AI that do not work properly.
