Eduardo came on a day when i had little confidence in what was going to happen. But he lifted my anxiety when he just confidently began to work. He did what was needed and seemed like he enjoyed his work, even though my house was messy that day. I am glad he was my serviceman and i hope i get him again.

the technician is great but the scheduling needs a lot of improvement. My service got rescheduled multiple times, the arrival window needs to be updated atleast couple of days before the actual schedule.

This is the 2nd time Nick came to service my LG dryer. I hope replacing this 2nd part will remedy the dryer problem. If not, I believe Nick and the other technician has done all that can be done to get the dryer to work effectively.
