He explained that the warranty company would likely be calling in the next day and told us what to expect from that conversation. We appreciate the time he spent trying to help us and find the right part.

Pedro has been here 3 times to fix my defective oven. He quickly identified parts needed and arrived prepared to fix. The oven was poorly designed so repair took rather long. Hopefully fixed now.

Steve is fast and professional Very much dislike the AI program. I prefer to talk to a human. I can't do anything through AI. It just takes you in a circle. Plus the arrival time information is wrong.And does not update correctly.
