Robert the Technician
Robert came into my home and was very professional during his diagnosis of my refrigerator. But, Robert found that the compressor was not working and unfixable which meant he (Robert) was unable to fix the refrigerator. Robert proceeded to let me know that Sears Insurance would be reaching out soon and letting know what the next situation will be with my refrigerator. Thank you for sending Robert to my home. I had at least 3 phone calls telling me about my impending appointment. And then, I received a call from a real person was trying to sell me a home warranty plan. I told that lady several times that I wasn't interested and she kept pushing. Kyle seemed a bit confused about why she was calling to talk with me as he seemed to think that was his job.
