Tyler was great at diagnosing the problem. He was knowledgeable and informative. I would offer some constructive advice to Sears Service. A basic small part like the one needed should be in stock for quicker turnaround repairs.

Anthony showed up on time and is extremely knowledgeable. He immediately got to work and diagnosed the problems with our fridge. He gave us a few options and an estimate of the repairs that needed to be done. Sadly, the fridge was done for but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire Anthony again. Definitely a gem in his field.
