Steve is a one of a kind technician and really knows his stuff! I was very impressed not just by his professionalism but by the care he takes in his work. He even gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of my washer. Not just a great technician but a great human being as well. Sears is lucky to have an employee like this, (Trust me, they are rare), you would do well to do what you can to keep him.

Stephen did a great job replacing the mower blade belt on our mower. He cleaned the blade area and checked the tire pressure. Then gave it a test drive. Now we are good to go for the mowing season.

He was able to assess the problem, order the part reschedule rescheduled a follow up appointment after the part arrived and fixed the issue right away. He provided a detailed explanation of what caused the issue and how the new part he installed would work.
