Ice maker doesn't make ice
Technician promised ice within 4 hours after his departure. It has now been 18 hours and we still haven't seen a single ice cube.

Refrigerator Repair
He didn't listen to what had previously been done and an hour and a half after leaving my refrigerator shut done again. I called and begged him to come back to put my old parts back on before I lose all my food AGAIN! But he refused.

Not helpful
Nothing was resolved. Technician wasn't helpful at all. He suggested to get a new washer when the washer I have is only two years old. I just feel like I wasted money and time dealing with him.

I am not happy with this service. It took too long to get a tech to visit us. My experience was Not good. Raymond did nothing. Said the problem was the height of the drain tube. Also he was not pleasant. I am going to cancel my subscription to you service.

Our experience with Sears overall was horrible. The initial visit we were told the drain pump needed replacement. The second visit the drain pump was replaced but the problem wasn't fixed. On the third visit the technician said the wrong part was replaced. The 4th visit the part that was delivered was broken, but the tech said the pump just needed a booster. The next visit we were stood up and yesterdays visit the tech said there is no such thing as a booster…. Cleaned out the drain and said it was fixed… after he left we realized that he broke the door on our dishwasher. This was the worst repair experience I've ever had.
