We had a clogged fridge drain. Eddie laid out all the options and we opted to have him clean it. It had kind of a domino effect: the drain was worse than he thought at first and took a long time, even though he had the proper tools (which we don't, yet) and then he reminded us (we'd forgotten) about cleaning the coils in the back. We pulled the fridge out and did that, and cleaned up the floor that only gets cleaned when the fridge is pulled out. Ick. There was a lot of taking things apart and putting them back together. He said drain cleaning is simple, but I am sure we could not have managed this one ourselves. We really appreciated his thoroughness and care.

John came out due to my washer would not start, because the door would not lock. Guess it didn't want to be fixed because it worked, when he started it. I told him It only does it intermitted. John let me know that it couldn't be fixed until it happens more frequently or stopped. Lucky for me I did take a video and was able to show him what it does when it does shut down. Thank you so much John for your patient and explaining thing to me. Great customer service. Kudos!

Had a problem with my dryer. Contacted Sears Home Services and Roger came out found the problem, replace the part causing the issue. Come to find out, I still had an issue and Roger again came out and replaced my Drum Wheel. I really appreciate the great service. Roger you are welcome to come fix all my appliances when they break down. Totally recommend them.
