We had Ernesto and Chris out to look at our secondhand GE washer. They figured out what we needed for repairs, and while we ended up repairing the washer ourselves, their help was so valuable. If we need any other appliance repairs done Ill for sure be using this service.

Victor knows his refrigerators and has advanced ability to get them repaired. Sadly, today's refrigerators are mostly all made in S. Korea - and are not built to last. He was able to resuscitate my fairly new Kenmore. He quickly installed a complete compress unit, compression coils and other parts. It works like it was new again. Thank you again Victor!

Shane was very thorough. However, the technician for our 4/4 appointment never came and we were not updated during the day. The only way to contact seaars home services was through text and the website . I was home on 4/4 and never received an update and the technician never arrived.
