Anthony really is knowledgeable about the appliance and how it's supposed to work. He was efficient and cleaned up after service. Only problem I had was getting service in the first place. Tried multiple times but the AI system did not work well.

Received excellent service by Ryan at Sears Home Services. He truly cared about getting the job done right. Got right to work and was clean and organized in how he got the job done. I had to get to my daughters softball game and he did everything he could to complete the work and get me to her softball game on time. Really a stand up guy who cares.
