Very pleased with the service provided. Received numerous updates and confirmations about the appointment. Our tech knew exactly what the problem was, got the part from the truck, and in a few minutes the ac was fixed. He was extremely professional, courteous and personable.

Cesar was very kind and personable. He walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it. Allowed me to watch as he managed the repair. Provided all the details to include the program offers. I would definitely want him again in the future if I need a repair.

Jessica was great. But Sears Service as a company service sucks. Your tracker continually changes times and shows first one stop then two stops away. There is no way to talk online or via phone with a live person. Both visits were for 8-5. My first appt was cancelled at 8 pm at night and my last visit occurred at 6:30 pm. Not sure about Arizona but this would be illegal in California.
