Andrew is an excellent employee. HOWEVER, the correct parts were NOT sent so he could NOT complete the repair, he said he could not order the other parts because our warranty had not "taken effect" yet. Not acceptable since the correct parts were not delivered in the first place. He was able to order them with his manager's permission but now we have to wait another week to have our repair completed. Very distressed this happened but hope the repair will indeed be completed properly. Be sure the correct parts are always shipped appropriately to spare your customers and your staff!
