Jason was great, repaired our washing machine quickly! As far as the company goes, customer service was horrible! We sat around all day on 6/19 waiting for someone to come. Technician never showed, NO one let us know that a tech wasn't coming. The worst part of this experience, you cannot talk to a human being, only AI.
