It took this firm four service visits to fix a light inside the refrigerator. Wayne finally took care of it but it took four trips as the previous techs and service reps never followed through.

This is for Sears Repair service. No one wants to wait two months for a very small repair. It was only the lid lock. But for Sears to make appointment after appointment and the home owner is waiting each time and Sears then canceled the appointment!!! This is horrible service. Cancelled on me FOUR times !!! My wonderful speed Queen lid lock broke the end of February and it took till April 22 to finally come to fix it. 😢😵💫
