Repair of refrigerator
I got 3 estimated arrival times when he finally showed up at 2pm He replaced the gasket and now I have frost building up all over my freezer. I was told they are coming back in 2 weeks to look at it again. it was a brand new refrigerator and that is the fourth time someone has been out to repair it. the condensation is still there. I do not want another repair man to come out I want a refund. I do not want another GE product

Totally broke my dryer
My dryer was totally broken after the techs left. I heard a horrible noise when I tried to use it, and I heard a sound like something broke or snapped. I have ordered another dryer from another company. Very polite when here, but destroyed my dryer. Also, this was our 8th appointment, Sears cancelled the other ones. Very unhappy with the service.

Telephone service
The dishwasher repairman was excellent. The appointment making was a nightmare. I could not ask any questions because all I could get was a robo voice. Unacceptable.

Refrigerator not repaired. Part not ordered. Report wrong
Terrible experience. Waiting for 1 month for this "repair" appointment. Last tech on Sept 15th said it was the compressor, waited more than a week for parts. Appointment cancelled last minute on Sept 28th &pushed to today. Tech opened fridge & said it not a compressor issue. Said he was not going to put new compressor. Said it was control panel and that he would order it. I asked several times are you going to order? Do I have to do anything? He said no but to contact warranty phone number. Found out he didn't order control panel. I read the service report he filled out that got texted to me stating my appliance is working fine. My appliance is not working fine! My frozen food freezes and then defrosts on and off. All my ice cream melted. How is the freezer working if my ice cream turned to milk? He just happened to come on a day that it was frozen. My fridge doesn't keep anything consistently cold. The bottom of the appliance blows hot air on the floor & there is a loud noise coming from the right side of refrigerator that happens often. Worst experience. This appliance has not worked since day 1. Purchased June 20,2023. I called it in and have been give the run around till finally on Sept 3rd everything melted and they decided to file a claim for me. I'm still under the 1 year warranty & GE will not follow through with fixing this. Now GE is sending another repair company out supposedly. I'm still waiting on that. Horrible experience by every tech sent out. Horrible communication with their 1-800 number. Horrible experience with their customer relations department that I call almost everyday trying to get this brand new fridge fixed. I have a family and kids and I have not had a fridge for 1 whole month. I had to buy a mini fridge that barely holds half a gallon of milk. Why won't GE or the techs believe me that the fridge is not working???

Poor Customer Service
I can't rate William T because he didn't arrive within their own designated service window of 8am to 5pm... which in itself is ridiculous; 8 to 5 window???!!! William called after 5pm to tell me that he would be arriving in another 1 to 1.5 hours. Calling sooner would have made a huge difference with the perception of customer service. To wait until the end of the 8 hour service window to say you'll be another 1.5 hours is terrible service. I canceled the service call at that point. I don't know how good William T is but a company that's giving 8 hour technician- arrival windows needs to look into hiring more technicians.

It's not the serviceman! He was excellent! It's the company!
This is the most awful experience I have had with a Home warranty. I have been waiting for almost a month to have my refrigerator fan replaced. I have talked to Home Warranty several times without getting my fridge fixed. They do not have a manager who I can talk to. They couldn't care less that my refrigerator has not cooled properly in almost a month. The repairman came back today without the parts to repair my fridge. This is almost a month! He attempted to order the parts to repair my fridge. The company told him they did not have a work order for my fridge repair and for me to call the company in the morning. I am so frustrated and disappointed in with Home Warranty! I had no idea they handled business, like this! I am sure they will put me at the back of the line again. I will repost, if my refrigerator gets repaired any time soon.

Washer GE
The washer is still not fixed after 4 service calls and two parts . We are on 5 weeks now. We have only have the same person twice and he did not show up till 5:12. My son waited all day 8-5 and then the tech did not even run the washer thru a whole load to see if it would fill and drain. He says to my husband call us if it doesn't work. Call you for the 5 the time. Really.

He was very argumentative and came here looking for a reason to get out of putting the fan motor on the A/C. He was mad because the Choice Home Warranty company froze his pay until he finished fixing our A/C. He left us living in the heat for more than 2 months, with over 100 degree heat index! We are senior citizens and have health issues. He better be glad we didn't have to go to the hospital!
