Colton did his job perfectly and I am very happy with the results. This was out of Colton control but I called AHS on 4/2/26 and he came out on 4/7/26 and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part with got here in two days. He just installed the part today on 4/21/26 that took almost 15 days for him to come back. It was not his problem it took so long it was the dispatcher fault taking so long and not dispatching another tech sooner.
