arrive at home about 8pm, we asked for an morning appt, after we you alln had to reschedule. tonally disappointed. then after waiting all day , he cant fix our microwave

Not Working
We had a non-working clothes washer (no heat, no timer). Unfortunately after "fixing" it, the timer is still not working. We have to set an alarm on our watch to ensure that we turn off the dryer.

Very Untimely
I had a very unsatisfactory experience with Sears Home Services. We're given an appointment window for Saturday 9/23/23 from 10am-2pm. However, the technician showed up @7:04 pm. As I understand, Martin had too many stops that he wasn't able to show up until late. Wouldn't want to do business with this company again.

Not fixed
Was under the understanding that ice maker was going to be replaced along with electrical wiring repaired on the lower left side of refrigerator. Upon getting home tonight from work I see ice maker has in fact been replaced. But no attempts at wiring repair. It is easy to see the wires broke in two. Therefore new ice maker still isn't working. It has no power....the wires are broke. Any expedited attempts at fixing would greatly be appreciated.

Refrigerator is still not fixed.
Stephen is courteous and punctual but has not fixed my refrigerator. He has been to my house three times now but no progress has been made. He seems to think the problem is fixed but the freezing problem still exists in the upper part of the refrigerator...not the freezer. Water continues collecting in the crisper drawers (2 large drawers in the top half of the fridge) and wets and freezes any food the water/ice touches. Ice beds keep forming under the drawers and I can't open the drawers within a couple of days after defrosting them. Please help.

Kenmore refrigerator trouble shooting
My relatively new Kenmore refrigerator was icing up and so I called for assistance. The technician presented virtually no useful information and only value was to register this problem before my warrantee expired. Pretty useless really.

Displeased
James did not call or discuss the problems regarding the issues with my refrigerator. Because he didn't, he didn't really fix anything and actually made it worse. Also James smelled really bad with tobacco smoke. I would not recommend him.

Failed Repair - GE Cafe Microwave
Mathew came out and discovered one of the capacitor wires was burned and frayed, not conducting. Mathew retrieved new parts and put it together. The control panel and inside lights lit up so we thought all was good and he had me sign his pad. Within minutes after he left I did the coffee mug water test, it did not heat up. I called Mathew and he came back and took it apart again. Two connectors to what looked like the transformer were not connected. He connected them and the turned on the microwave and heard a loud pop. He tried heating the coffee mug and it did not heat. He then tried to trouble shoot it and now nothing works. Nothing will turn on and the control panel will not light up. I originally requested a GE tech but could not get one. In addition, it was put together quickly and screws are not in their exact location they came out of. Lots of time spent with a terrible result. I need this microwave fixed ASAP or replaced with a new one.

Didn't work on appliance
He came in and said that the appliance needed to have a serial # on the door. I gave him the manual that came with the appliance that had the serial # on it. He said it was company policy. He should have worked it out with Thor (who scheduled him)…instead he left and didn't touch my appliance. I understand about company policy….just a little upset at the moment.
