Unhappy
Sears sent this same technician to repair our refrigerator/freezer twice and the issue was never repaired. The second time he came out within a month of time we were charge with the deductible fee for the same recall issue. Very unsatisfied with Sears Home Services

Inspect and clean back of refrigerator.
Darrell arrived on time and inspected the refrigerator and determined the rear needed cleaning. He used a broom to clean the coils, cleaned up around the refrigerator. He was very professional and finished the job quickly.

Repair refrigerator
I have had this individual to come to my house several times and he refused to repair my refrigerator. I have relocated refrigerator so he may gain access to what needs to be done the last time. I had a an appointment this past Friday and he made a comment That the. Customer refuse service. I sat here all day waiting for him to come and he did not show up. This is not the first time that this has happened. Jerome Taylor is the technician and I don't hold him in high regards I have another appointment for March 4 2025. Let's see if he comes to do the repairs thank you.

Did not appropriately diagnose issue
Was late arriving for the call window. Improperly diagnosed our dryer issue as electrical, requiring us to call an electrician. Electrician confirmed it was not an electrical issue, requiring us to make a second appointment.

Refrigerator
Technician did not come in to check my refrigerator. I received emails with form and signature which I did not sign. This has happened 2 other times when the technician claimed to have come for the appointment. I am very frustrated. My ice maker is leaking and not producing ice.

Quick service
Bought washer less than a year ago. It stopped draining so called a tech. He wasn't pleasant over the phone but whatever. He looked at washer for 5 min. Played with buttons and said they don't make parts for it and to buy a new one. Thanks Sears

My refrigerator is still is not repaired
After two delayed appointments and hours on the phone. I spoke with at least four people. The technician came out on 2/7/24. He installed the parts he had ordered and it did not fix the problem. He told us that he would call on Monday after checking into some things. He did not call. My refrigerator is still not working.
