On time; found the problem right away. He did not charge me for unnecessary parts. Ran several tests on my dryer and gave me a twenty day warranty. In case anything happens again.

Sears has the WORST communication system I have ever experienced. You can only "speak"to an AI. Scheduling is over a week out. I will NEVER use Sears Home Services again if I can help it. Unfortunately my pathetic home warranty always defaults to Sears. The entire system is horrible!

All went well was able to get my dryer the parts needed to repair dryer. Servicemen was polite and knowledgeable and quick. All in all service was better than buying a new dryer.

As I said before I thank him he came in he was nothing like the other guy the other guy was nice but this guy he came in he took my air conditioner on the inside of pipe and check for leaks I mean he was going to talk to me and explain it to me.
