Glenn did a very good job and explained what I should do if it happens again. My only complaint was that on 3 separate occasions I was asked to enroll in a warranty program for my appliances. While I recognize the value in a program like this I said on 3 separate occasions that I couldn't afford a program like this due to being on a fixed income. Once I declined that should have been the end of it.

Came out the first time, determined what was wrong, ordered the parts. The were delivered. He arrived late to fix it but got the job done and seems to be working at this point. Very good service.
