Mr.Buford has been very professional and has done everything he possibly can to solve the problem with my refrigerator, to stop the water leak in the bottom under the veggie trays. It seems to be a part that is no longer in stock which is needed to fix the problem. Hopefully the part can be acquired.

Zane was thorough and did a great job, but I was so aggravated by Sears AI that I almost cancelled the appointment. I will never call Sears again unless I can get through to an actual human being. Also, AI was supposed to text me when repairman was on his way, but it did not. So, I give Zane a 5-star, but Sears AI a no-star rating.

I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Vance Hardin was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He answered all of my questions with confidence and made sure the job was done right the first time. service was outstanding, and he genuinely cared about providing the best solution rather than rushing through the work. It's hard to find a technician with this level of expertise, honesty, and attention to detail. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service. Five stars all the way!
