J u a n technician was very professional, tested dishwasher when it was completed. Made sure that everything I was working correctly. I would recommend him if somebody asks me. was very polite i gave him 5 stars took his time, and as I said he made sure before he left that everything was working correctly. In addition, you also, it was nice enough to answer any questions. Be good enough. I'm not to post my name. I relish my privacy. Thank you.

He fixed it. Finally. Took too long to get a simple readily available part. Not his fault. He did a good job. He can only do what his supervisors equip him to do. He was unable to provide me with an invoice. Unacceptable. Again, not his fault. If I had a choice I would not use this company again.
