Not Worth Anyone's Time
Service guy was fine. But unless Sears can viably repair a refrigerator, this is a useless waste of everyone's time, especially for customers. It's a scam, really, that a new part costs as much as buying an entire new refrigerator. It seems that Sears is fishing for that one customer willing to pay that exorbitant price.

I was so happy with my experience several issues required extra time and patience. He took time to solve them and went above and beyond. I am also so thrilled that I am now back on sears protection plan. I have peace of mind. Don is truly the best!

Service was very good. Communication was very poor. When order was set up the address was incorrect. I tried to update but software did not pass it on to Michael. He said that he had incorrect phone number.

Sabas was very professional and courteous all during the repair process. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood everything before proceeding. He is an asset to your organization, and I appreciate all he did for me.

Pat is absolutely a top notch technician. Unfortunately he can't be everywhere he is needed at the same time. I think the Sears AI based scheduling is in need of some refinement. The required part arrived two days prior to our original Friday appointment, which was assigned to another technician, was cancelled apparently because other matters were running behind schedule. Our soonest opportunity to reschedule was the following Tuesday. Fortunately Pat was able to complete the repair in a matter of minutes.

Battle Ground, WACustomer Service Lost!
So disappointed with my Sears Experience. I scheduled a repair & was ecstatic to get a same day appointment. Then I was told there would be a $100 service call fee (even though I purchased a warranty). Then, when I received confirmation of my appointment, it listed the wrong appliance. Because the wrong appliance was listed, I had to call back to request that the work order be corrected so I would get the right technician AND the tech would be able to access parts needed to make repairs to the correct appliance. Problem is, when you call back, Samantha (your AI rep) will be on every line eager to help, even when she can't Too bad because Sears does not allow person to person communication unless you a purchasing a $700 warranty. Long story short… I spent 2 hours trying to fix something that would have taken 5 minutes if I was permitted to speak with a live person. Instead, I dealt with one mistake after another! I am disappointed that Sears has forgotten what true customer service is; AND that my time is valuable too! By the way, while Sears & Samantha never corrected the work orders, Salvador (the assigned tech) was great!
