James was an absolute professional. It was great to have a technician who was knowledgeable, honest, and had great customer service. He had to come out 3 times to complete the repair as he found additional broken parts as he got further into the job. He was always friendly and reliable and did fantastic work. He is an employee any business would be lucky to have.
