We were very pleased with Bobby. He was very nice and polite. When he came in he had the booties on so that the floor was protected. He did check everything and fixed it.

Mike was very knowledgeable, he also communicated well about the issue with my refrigerator. He called before he arrived and once he arrived at my house. Once here he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and completed the repair effortlessly!! Best experience I have had getting a repair completed in a long time!

Conrad helped us with our washing machine repair. He assessed it thoroughly and figured out which parts needed to be ordered. The parts took longer than we had hoped. Then unfortunately, Sears Home Services had some kind of glitch in their system and our appointment kept getting pushed out a week even though the parts came in. Conrad was very helpful keeping us informed of the status and he had to keep pushing them to add us back to his route to complete the job. Once he came back he made the necessary repairs and part replacement and our machine is back in working order.
