While repairing the door latch on our microwave oven, Keith didn't simply fix the issue. He educated me on how he was fixing it, why he was doing it this way and also offered us a maintenance plan that would cover all of our appliances. Focused effort with a smile! That's the Sears I remember from my childhood. THANKS
