After having to re-schedule appointments more than once due to another tech not showing up within business hours and not reading special instructions that were written on the service order. After the FOURTH missed appointment, we rescheduled for the FIFTH appointment and finally got a different tech. Stephen, he called beforehand to let us know how far out he was, he double checked he had the correct address, he went straight to the home (since we were for once aware what actual time he was coming, so the home was already unlocked for him) He got the job done correctly in a timely manner. He also even called after he was finished to confirm he replaced the part and asked if we wanted him to lock the door behind him. Such a nice tech. Five stars would go to this tech and the company's customer service for listening to our complaints and finally addressing them.

Dale agreed with me that the entire feed line needed to be replaced. Jonel was betrayed by an aging piece of plastic or a defective splice piece. Dale arrived on time, installed and checked the new feed line, was satisfied with his work so departed. Four hours later and all is well. Fingers crossed.
