Fast, Efficient and professional
Scott was the technician who serviced our stove. He replaced the igniter to correct the problem. Very knowledgeable and very professional. Had the oven back up and running in 30 minutes. Sent us a text as to the time he would arrive. Thank you Scott.

Sediq cleaned my dryer which the other technician should have done . The other technician did not order the correct part. Sediq had the correct part and also cleaned my dryer for an extra $50.

The actual service with Justin was great. Scheduling with Sears was difficult due to their use of AI and the inability to speak to an actual person. However, Justin is professional and super quick.

She is very personable, polite, and knowledgeable. A good asset to the company. You definitely need to work on the AI part of business it doesn't give enough information and doesn't allow you to put enough information in. It should automatically know when you have the warranty agreement plan!

Mr. Jackson came in and on-time as scheduled. He quickly reviewed the situation and ascertained the problems and notified me of the issues. He then proceeded to repair the system. He did advise me that both my HVAC systems were over 20 years old and parts were not readily available for this particular system. Overall, Mr. Jackson did an EXCELLENT JOB and should be COMMENDED.
