I had a great experience with Gary who came to fix my A/C. Gary was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue. Rudy was on time, called ahead, very polite and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection of the dryer, cleaning, diagnosing the issue. Vonzell was able to identify the issue quicky along with the requisite part to order. Evidently, the machine was old enough that the part was discontinued so opting for a replacement washer which was fine with me. Appreciated the prompt response and best effort for a fix.
