Mr. Daryl was able to come two days early and he assessed the issue very quickly. Before I knew it my air was working again. This is his second time doing a repair at my home and again he was very professional, detailed and fast. He most definitely knows his job. He is truly a keeper for the company. Please forward a thank you from me and my child. I have medical issues and not having the air operable was exasperating those issues. He came through and saved the day! Great job to Mr. Daryl and Sears!!!

Luis was my second repairman out. He was thorough, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and was very detailed. Left everything clean and tidy. I'm grateful that Luis was sent, he was a God send. He should be promoted so that he can teach others how to be a proper repair person.
