I had a 5 star experience with Karim, the technician who serviced my A/C unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the repairs that were needed. What really stood out with Karim, was his honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service. He absolutely exceeded my expectations. We know, Norman from previous repairs/visits, to be friendly and professional. He explains that which affects our appliances' performance and offers suggestions to maintain them. Today he was able to arrive within the scheduled window. While it would be a MAJOR improvement to better estimate the repair window, we understand that repairs scheduled later in the day will be delayed because of earlier repair appointments' encountered difficulties.
