We could not have been happier with anyone else. Alberto went right to work and fixed the problem. Our ONLY issue was getting the Sears Home service to actually show up for the appointment. The first two that were scheduled were no shows. Third time was a charm!

John came March 11th to check out whats the problem of our L G Ref then he found out and told me what's wrong with the Ref He told me that he needed parts so he ordered on that day he said the parts will arrive to our address then he scheduled me for another appt that was yesterday April 9th yesterday he came and fixed our Ref Before that he always had communication regarding our Ref He is knowledgeable Technician John he was very organized John job well done excellent thank you for recommending us a good men Technician we really appreciate it once again thank you John
