He didn't seem friendly when I greeted him. But he was very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We had a pleasant and definitely painless experience and would definitely request him if we need service in the future. I have to add he knew exactly what to do no guess work. Even with Florida's extreme heat he was finished in a short period of time. Thanks Kandekor for your dedication and professionalism.

Both technicians that showed up were awesome. The first technician that diagnosed the problem was on point professional, answered all of my questions and personable. The second technician was very professional and quick. Installed the part in about 15 min The biggest problem I have is the AI appointment set up. I could not confirm earlier times offered for my appointment. plus on the day of the appt, I was getting calls with the same message every 5min. yes annoying. Not everyone is tech savvy. Other than that, all was good.
