Kenmore Electric Dryer Roller Replacement
Jose was on time and extremely efficient. Pleasant fellow who knows how to repair my dryer. Came in and within 1 hours had dryer apart, cleaners, rollers replaced and dryer functions quietly.

Wayne was great. Came in did his job .was friendly and professional . Fixed my frig..He knew just what he had to do cleaned up when he was done. Give him a 10. My problem is your customer service . It's horrible . I received part 3 weeks ago and you guys keep cancelling my appointment Lousy customer service needs much improvement. Would not recommend sears for any appliance and especially the service. You ask I told.
