Understands the technology and works efficiently. Was unwilling to mask while working on dryer but did agree to close the four and open the window. Masked when not working on the dryer

Joe was on time, friendly, and courteous. He explained to me the reason the dryer wasn't working and ordered the parts necessary to fix it. He returned a week later, installed the parts, and now I have a working dryer. I am completely satisfied with how this problem was handled.

Tech was great; polite and competent. Got the job done, and we appreciate him. Your notifications are a bit much though. I appreciate you keeping us informed but if I had to guess between the initial contact and scheduling a parts install I received at least thirty different notifications via email, text and phone calls. A bit much. Anyway, it's fixed and that's what matters. Thanks
