Always excellent service with this tech
Always careful and meticulous service from Severino. This is maybe the fourth or fifth time that he's serviced our HVAC system. He gives good advice and is patient with questions.

James was great got here on time got the repair done and we are back washing clothes again. As for your AI agent it is very aggravating try to explain to something when it has no idea what you are talking about , fix it so a customer can actually talk to a human

Fabiana G. was very good. She was on time, knowledgeable, upfront, explained every step of the process & answered every question. Sears' AI interface is AWFUL starting with scheduling services, ensuring all services are added correctly and verifying how much I would have to pay. There's NO WAY TO TALK TO A PERSON FOR HELP! I HATE YOUR AI SYSTEM!!
