Excellent!
Our Technician, David, called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was ready to help us. David was very personable and did his work efficiently. He explained what he was doing and was very neat in his work. David picked up the worn pieces and associated packaging. He left all in good shape and did a nice job for us. Excellent guy to work with. Thank you David

Matthew was prompt, thorough, and explained what he was checking on our (struggling) AC system. We went as far as answering my questions about what the tests he performed were checking. Definitely over and above. The system is working, but needs a little TLC. It is 15 years old, and the current heat is of course affecting it. Thanks Matthew, thanks Sears !

Murtaza did a very thorough check-up on our Kenmore washer. I didn't expect anything would be wrong. And his testing of the product showed that to be true. It is an old washer, and I'm glad that he confirmed that there are no problems. I look forward to seeing him again on July 3 when he and another tech will fix our dryer with the parts he ordered on his last visit.

He walked through all the checks & the machine was okay. He explained what had probably happened & why the machine quit. My unplugging it had cleared the problem. I wish that had been in the troubleshooting instructions.
