Appreciated the Transparency
The technician was knowledgeable and honest about the condition of our dryer. He explained the issue clearly, laid out our options, and gave practical advice on what made the most sense moving forward. Although we decided not to move forward with the repair, I appreciated the transparency and the time he took to answer our questions.

Paul came four times to fix our ice maker on our 5 yr fridge. We kept getting the wrong size part from where it was ordered so basically it was getting the right part. We felt if we could of talked to a person instead of dealing with AI he wouldn't of had to make that many trips to our house. Hopefully this is his last trip & last part which is working now on second day of being fixed. He did a great job sticking with our problem ice maker.

Not only did he arrive earlier than I expected, but he also went right to work and solved my problem immediately with tools and knowhow to finish in less than an hour. Advice offered on drainage issues were gladly accepted and he delt with another issue I had not known about. All-in-all, it was a great service call, and I highly recommend David as a service technician for any of Sears appliance needs.

Brittlee is very positive and determined to repair the issues with our refrigerator. We've had over 17 appointments in the past two years many times nobody showed up. Brittlee has replaced the parts he's been instructed but issues persist. He's scheduled back in two weeks. Appreciate his professionalism and perseverance in address the issues.

Seeing Randall pull up in the van was a sight for sore eyes👍. He was able to solve our problem with some flashing error code that we could not do after reading this manual and looking at online videos. We are sorry to hear that he is the only remaining appliance technician there with Sears here on Maui. He has so much knowledge and experience in repairing all kinds of appliances, thank you Randall 👍🙏
