Stephen and his assistant were polite, neat, and professional. They entered our home and showed respect. They diagnosed the issues. Explained the options. Never did they attempt to up-sell or influence my decision. Very pleased with this interaction. We will contact Sears Appliance Service when we need assistance with any of our home appliances.
