My 1st claim.
Had an open appointment from 8 AM - 5 PM. Raymond got here about 1:30 and tested the entire unit. Was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He was able to determine that the compressor was bad. He informed me that the warranty company would be in touch. Now we wait on Choice Home Warranty to see how everything else goes. Great Job Raymond!
