Daniel was very knowledgeable and willing to show me what was wrong with the machine. He was very polite. He also let me have each part that he took out so I could clean it. And he even gave me a few tips to keep the machine up and running for a few more years.

Mahamoud did a great job on the repair. The AI on the Sears repair website is terrible. There wasn't an option for me to speak or chat with a live agent. Service call was dropped saying repair window had passed BEFORE the scheduled time. 😠
