upon arrival he knew exactly which parts to order unfortunately, it was a two-man job when called out to the site it would be good to know that in advance and the description of my microwave was listed as a wall in oven so that should've been noted on your file

Ken did a thorough inspection of my washing machine to find what we thought was a leak. Turns out it was the way I was using the machine. There was nothing wrong with the washer. Such a relief; he was honest about the situation. Great personality, respectful of my home. I'll call Sears again when I need appliance service.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and even provided pictures along with helpful suggestions on the best practices for operating the unit and thermostat controls.
