Even though he ended up not being able to fix our dryer, (it wouldn't turn on) as it turned out to be an electrical problem that needs an electrician, he checked out the dryer thoroughly to make sure it wasn't the dryer. and left everything clean. He also explained everything to us.

David did a great job. Very respectful to the house very knowledgeable, and when the parts came in, he had us up and running in less than three hours. That's pretty good considering I needed a full compressor replacement.
