Both technicians that visited us (Don, initial visit & David Q. who did the actual repair) were outstanding! But the communication in between the two (2) visits was misleading. I was told the date and time the technician was coming only to have it changed several times. If I had just been told the part was on back order I would have understood. Please tell David Q. I believe he left a tool here. I would be happy to mail it to him if you could provide an address.
