Madho came to install an ice bin in our refrigerator. Before he did that, he reinspected the ice maker that had been dripping water. He pulled apart the entire ice maker and found where it was freezing up. He defrosted the problem area and installed the new ice bin. He is very thorough.

King said most likely the water collecting in the front pan of the dishwasher comes from the arm being obstructed and forcing water underneath the door. He set a wash cycle and no more error codes came up. I had overloaded the dishwasher and I think that's what caused the water to collect in the drip pan.

5 stars out of 5. Samantha AI robot is creating confusion. The AI robot called my cell phone and said the technician was running ahead of schedule so he will come between 11am and 1pm today. Norman, the technician said he was not running ahead of schedule. He sent a text to my cell phone at 2:50pm to tell me that he as on the way. He did everything that was expected of him. Sears managment, your AI system needs to be replaced by live agents, immediately.
