I want to say that Shane is an asset to Sears Home Services. He was very through in his evaluation of the problem I have had with my refrigerator. On his first visit he listened intently as I told him the issue, and he asked a few questions. He checked out some of the electronics inside and ordered some parts, which arrived at my home during the following week. Upon his next visit, he replaced the defective parts and said the freezer would be making ice again within a few hours. He was neatly dressed and very polite. Donald arrived and after a chat to discuss the circumstances around the failure, went to work diagnosing the system, identified the problem, and solved the breakdown. He went on to check for other issues, addressing a marginally low freon level expertly. HVAC is operational again and cooling. Donald also provided some valuable insights with respect to maintenance and preventative operations, a very useful value add.
